About Our Owner
Joe Monroe is the founder and owner of Rose James Company. He has an extensive background in Talent Acquisition, having worked in both the Staffing and Corporate worlds for 15 years. He recently left Power Home Remodeling after 13 years where he held the title of Vice President of Talent Acquisition. He led and managed the national recruiting strategy for the organization specializing in Sales, Customer Development, and Corporate positions. His skillset is rooted in hands on experience and built upon the concepts of Hard Work, Dedication, and Integrity.
